"Snake gives step by step instructions on how to do three different breakdown moves - the shamgod, the stiff leg, and the Iverson cross. Snake shows you how to do these moves effectively and with the most possible control. These basic moves are great for shaking defenders and are also building blocks for a variety of freestyle dribbling moves" - Snake.

"Story of From the hoop is inspired by Earl Manigault's life. Earl Manigault was one of the greatest basketball player of his generation. Mentored by Holcombe Rucker through his youth he became the star of his high school team. As an universitary champion, he seemed destined to shine in NBA. But before the transition, he fell into drugs and lead his life far away from the basket. After dark years made of jail, drugs and friend's death, he gave up this world to return in the right way to Harlem. He started the "Walk Away From Drugs" tournament for kids in Harlem. He died in 1998 from a heart failure." - fromthehoop.com. You can read more at www.fromthehoop.com
"The Houston Rockets have wanted Kyle Lowry since he came out of Villanova in 2006. They finally acquired him on Thursday, and gave away veteran point guard Rafer Alston to do it.
The Rockets traded Alston to Orlando and acquired Lowry from Memphis and forward Brian Cook from the Magic on Thursday, reshaping their roster for the stretch run after Tracy McGrady announced he was out for the season.
The Magic, meanwhile, needed an experienced point guard after All-Star Jameer Nelson underwent season-ending surgery on the torn labrum in his right shoulder Thursday. Nelson suffered the injury Feb. 2 and had been contemplating rehabilitation.
Alston led Houston with 5.3 assists this season, but Rockets general manager Daryl Morey bluntly said Lowry is a better player." - CHRIS DUNCAN, AP Sports Writer
